Usedesk will be unavailable for up to half an hour. Agents will not be able to log in, and requests will not come into the system. The widget will also be disabled.
After the end of the maintenance, Usedesk will receive requests from email, VK, Facebook, Twitter, Ya.Market, UIS and OnlinePBX. Requests from other channels you have to respond to directly.
