1. Go to "Channels" - "API" - click "Add";
2. Enter the channel name and click "Save";
3. Copy the value from the "App secret key" field;
4. Go to YouScan - Settings - Themes - Usedesk Integration and paste the value from the "Secret Key" field.
Use the integration to create a query in Usedesk:
With the rules function in YouScan, you can set conditions for automatic sending references to Usedesk.
New references in the filter will be automatically sent to Usedesk.
