Separate channels for WhatsApp and Instagram integration

In this update, you can create WhatsApp and Instagram connections in separate channels. For this purpose, we have moved the channel settings as a separate type to the Channels section.


New parameters in the ticket method

In response to the ticket information method, we added the optional parameter company_name.
If a company is specified, the system will check if there is a company with this name:
  • If there is no company with this name, a new company with this name is created and linked to the client, for which the ticket has been received;
  • If there is such a company - the client is bound to this company;
  • If the client has a company, the client is re-linked to the company that was transferred.

Changes in the ticket card. Attachment of files

We continue to refine the ticket card and in this update removed a large block for attaching files, and on the text toolbar added the button "Attach file" (icon - paper clip). At the same time, the ability to attach files by dragging and dropping has been saved.
