The activity feed
The activity feed is a list of user actions for a specific date.
The agent's actions are summarized in the «Activity feed» table, represented in the agent's profile, and include two subsections.

Status
The «Status» subsection includes events for a specific date:
- Switching agent in requests — online/offline;
- Switching agent in chats — online/offline.
You can sort events by date and time (column «Date»).
To select a specific date to display information in the table, click in the «Date» field on today's date (set by default).
The «Status» subsection can be downloaded in .csv format.
Actions
It includes events for a specific date:
- External comments of the agent — information that a «new message» has been written;
- Internal agent comments — information that a «new comment» has been written;
- Agent actions in the request — information from the log in the request card.
You can sort events by date and time (column «Date»). Additionally, the table has a column «Requests» with clickable numbers (request-id) to go to the request card.
To select a specific date to display information in the table, click in the «Date» field on today's date (set by default).
The «Actions» subsection can be also downloaded in .csv format.
