Interface languages
The Usedesk interface can be switched to whichever language is convenient — and in two ways: set a single language for the whole company, and configure the language for each agent individually. This is handy when your support team has employees from different countries.
How it works
The company language is the default interface language. All new agents see it until they choose a different language in their profile settings.
The agent language — пis a personal setting for each employee. It overrides the company-wide language: an agent can work in the interface in their own language even if the rest of the team has a different one selected.
This way, everyone works in a comfortable language environment, while the company's general settings stay unchanged.
Which languages are available
Right now, the Usedesk interface can be switched to one of these languages:
- Russian
- English
- Spanish
- Portuguese (Brazilian)
- Kazakh
How to change the language
