Auto-forwarding from Yandex

Save the e-mail channel in the Usedesk and proceed to the steps for setting up the mailbox:

1. Open your mailbox on (or log in). In the upper right corner, click on the gear ⟶ «All settings».

2. Select the «Rules for processing emails» section.

3. Click «Create filter».

4. Select the condition «All messages excluding spam» — action «Forward to» and paste the address copied from the UseDesk.

5. Click «Create filter».

6. Open in the UseDesk section «Tickets» — confirmation letter of registration — confirm registration.
