Widget via GTM (Google Tag Manager)
Google Tag Manager is a tool that will allow you to make changes to the code already installed on the site and not «break» anything.
To insert a widget through GTM:
1. In the settings of the Usedesk widget at the bottom of the page, copy the code:
2. Go to your GTM account — section «Tags» and click «New»:
3. Further in this section select the Tag Configuration and click «Learn More»:
4. In the «Custom» section click «Custom HTML»:
5. Insert the code copied from item 1, and in the «Triggers» section select «All pages»:
6. Save it:
7. Don't forget to click «Send»
