Installing the widget: Tilda
To install the Usedesk widget on a website made on the Tilda platform, follow these steps:
1. Create a chat channel in Usedesk and copy the widget code according to the instruction.
2. Log in to your site and click on «Edit website» on the bar of the desired site.
3. Click on the page where you want to add the widget.
4. Scroll down the page and click on the «More blocks» button.
5. Enter «html» in the block search and select the «Embed HTML code» block.
6. Paste the widget code copied in the Usedesk into the block and click the «Save and close» button.
7. Click the «Publish» button.
Done, the widget is connected!
