Widget settings. Sending a greeting at each initialization of a chat

Previously, when a client wrote to the widget chat, the greeting was sent to him only once at the very beginning. When using customer identification methods, the greeting was not sent again.

We have improved the chat widget — now a checkbox "Send a greeting every time you initiate a chat" has appeared in its settings.
Initializing a chat = opening a page with a widget, including updating the page.


If the checkbox is unchecked, the greeting will be sent only if the client created a new chat when contacting.
If the checkbox is checked, a greeting will be sent when the client enters the chat. If the ticket was closed, but the client's chat remained open, the greeting will not be displayed, since the chat has not been initialized again.
