Message translation
If a client has written to you in a language you don't know, you can use message translation.
Important! The “Message translation” feature is available on the “Expert + AI” plan — to enable it, email us at support@usedesk.com. The feature works only in the new Usedesk design.
To translate any message, hover over it — a “Show translation” button will appear next to it. If you want to go back to the original message, just click the button again.

The message will be translated into the language specified in the agent's profile settings. If the agent uses the English-language version of the interface, the message will be translated into English; if the Russian-language version — into Russian, and so on.
