Integration with Tmetric tracker - helps to control your working time, which will allow you to understand how much time you have to work with each request individually.

The Tracking start button is inside the ticket. To work with tracking, go to the ticket - press "Start timer" button - finish working on the request - press the button again.
A record that you have been working on this ticket will appear in your Tmetric account, where history and reports will be available.
