YouScan - allows you to follow the references of your company on the World Wide Web: blogs, forums, review sites, online media are under their scrutiny. Integration with Usedesk will turn such a reference to a request for further work with the client.
To connect YouScan to Usedesk, open the "Extensions" section and check if the integration ("ON" for "Usedesk API") is enabled.
1. Go to "Channels" - "API" - click "Add";
2. Enter the channel name and click "Save";
3. Copy the value from the "App secret key" field;
4. Go to YouScan - Settings - Themes - Usedesk Integration and paste the value from the "Secret Key" field.

Automatic sending of references
With the rules function in YouScan, you can set conditions for automatic sending references to Usedesk.
New references in the filter will be automatically sent to Usedesk.
