Installing the widget: Wix
To install the Usedesk widget on a website made on the Wix platform, follow these steps:
1. Create a chat channel in Usedesk and copy the widget code according to the instruction.
2. Log in to your site, go to the site editing panel → section «Code Insertion» → «Widget insertion».
3. Click on the «Insert code» button above the iframe frame, add the code to the window that opens, click «Update» and close the window.
4. Place the HTML element to the width of the site, align the height of the block and click the «Publish» button.
Ready! The widget is installed.
