AI suggestion

AI suggestion is a feature that helps agents quickly get a ready-made response to a client's question right in the ticket card.

AI analyzes the client's last message that was left unanswered and offers a suitable response — you can add it to your message and send it to the client.

If the last message in the chat was written by an agent, the AI suggestion won't appear — the agent has already replied, so AI isn't needed.

AI can also suggest responses based on your Knowledge base — both the one created in Usedesk and an external one.

Important! The “AI suggestion” feature is available on the “Expert + AI” plan — to enable it, email us at support@usedesk.com. The feature works only in the new Usedesk design.


After you click “AI suggestion”, the response will start being prepared.


The ready-made response can be added to the “Message” field.
