Service comments — history of actions performed by the user or the system. They are displayed in the ticket card in the event ribbon.
Service comments reveal the full picture of interaction with the client because, in addition to correspondence with the client, you will understand the internal actions of employees or system, for example, who translated the ticket to you and what actions have been performed previously.
By default, all service comments are displayed in the event feed and are highlighted in dark grey on a grey background, indicating the time of changes.
To disable service comments, click on this icon above the ticket subject:
Service comments will not be displayed in the ribbon of events.
