Сreating outgoing chats
If you have Viber, WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business, Telegram personal (personal account) or SDK connected to Usedesk, you can start a chat with a client.
To do this:
1. Go to the «Chat» section.
2. Click the «Create chat» button, fill in new fields and click «Create».
