Installing the widget: 1C-Bitrix
To install the Usedesk widget on a website made on the 1C-Bitrix platform, follow these steps:
1. Create a chat channel in Usedesk and copy the widget code according to the instruction.
2. Log in to your website and go to the menu section «Settings» → «Product settings» → «Sites» → «Site templates». Open the template used on the site in editing mode.
If you don't know which templates are used on the site, you can see a list of them in the section «Settings» → «Product settings» → «Sites» → «List of sites». Click on the button with three stripes opposite the desired site → «Edit». There will be a list of templates used at the bottom of the page.
3. Paste the copied widget code before the closing </body> tag.
4. Click the «Save» button.
If your site uses several templates at once, insert the widget code into each of them.
Ready! Now the widget has been added to the site. If you need to delete the widget, just delete the inserted code.
