Channel availability notifications
Channel availability notifications - is a setting that will allow you to track the absence of messages from clients in a specific channel for n-time. You will know whether clients have stopped writing to you or integration with Usedesk is broken with such a setting.
Setting up a notification
To set up channel availability notification, open the Extensions section and select the channel you want to track customers' absence of messages.
List of channels in which setting is available:
- Mail channels
In the channel, fill in the number of hours in the "No messages (h)" field.
If there are no messages in the channel for the time specified in the setting, a notification will be sent to all employees who have the "Channels. No messages" setting enabled in the agent profile.
