AI Summarize
With the “AI Summarize” feature, you can find out what was discussed in a conversation with a client without reading it. AI will analyze all the messages in the dialog and produce a short summary with the most important information.
Important! The “AI Summarize” feature is available on the “Expert + AI” plan — to enable it, email us at support@usedesk.com. The feature works only in the new Usedesk design.
To create a summary, go to the “AI Summarize” section and click “Generate summary”.

AI will analyze the conversation and briefly recap what it was about.

If new messages appear in the conversation after the summary is created, just click the “Update” button.

AI will analyze the conversation again and show the up-to-date summary.

The AI Summarize is also available in the ticket preview. Hover over the ticket you need in the ticket list — an eye icon will appear instead of the channel icon. Clicking it opens a preview window with two sections: “Conversation” and “AI Summarize”.

If an AI summary hasn't been created for the ticket yet, Usedesk will offer to create one.

An already created summary can also be updated in the preview window to see the latest information about the conversation.
