Translate to another language
With the “Translate to another language” feature, you can translate text into English, Spanish, Portuguese, Kazakh, German, French, Chinese, or Arabic. This helps you compose a correct response if a foreigner has written to you.
The message will be translated into the language specified in the agent's profile settings. If the agent uses the English-language version of the interface, the message will be translated into English; if the Russian-language version — into Russian, and so on.
Rephrase
The “Rephrase” feature helps you change the text — for example, if you don't like your response and can't think of other words.
More friendly
The “More friendly” feature makes the text friendlier.
More formal
The “More formal” feature helps make the text more official.
Shorten text
The “Shorten text” feature helps make the response shorter — the important information stays, but it's easier to take in.
Fix grammar & spelling
The “Fix grammar & spelling” feature helps you write flawless text — you can focus on the topic and leave the typos to artificial intelligence.
