List of agents
Users section is a list of company employees (users of Usedesk). It contains employees' info, taking into account the permisson types, a list of user groups, and the bot.
Open the «Users» section, and Usedesk will show you the list of employees.
The following functions are possible in the list:
- Search for a user. The search bar is located in the center at the top of the page. You can search by e-mail, name, position, phone number. To do this, enter the ticket (partially or completely) in the search box.
- Add a new user;
- Edit the user profile;
- Edit the user card;
- Create a group;
- Filter the list of users (admins, employee, support);
- Work with user groups;
- Configure a bot;
- Enable offline/online chats and tickets.
