Trigger change history

If you need to track which agents made changes to the logic of previously created triggers, or which agents created or deleted specific triggers, you can use the history of changes made.

You can do this in three ways:

1. On a specific trigger's settings page

Below the trigger's list of conditions and actions there is a "Change history" block that lets you see the date on which a trigger was created or modified, as well as which employee made the changes and exactly what was changed.

2. On the trigger list page

The "Export logs" button lets you get detailed information about the changes made to all triggers in the list — you can select a time period as well as the specific trigger changes you want to get information about.

Using this feature, for example, you can quickly determine which agents deleted triggers.

When you click the "Export" button, you'll receive a CSV file showing which employee created, deleted, or modified triggers, as well as exactly what actions they performed.

3. In the "Activity feed" block of an agent's profile

On the "Trigger changes" tab, you can see which triggers an employee created, deleted, or edited on a particular date.

The table will show:

  • In the "Event" column — exactly what action the agent performed (created, deleted, or edited a trigger)
  • In the "Description" column — detailed information about the action performed, including an indication of exactly what changes the agent made to a particular trigger
  • In the "ID" column — the ID of the trigger affected by the change. Clicking the ID opens the settings page of the corresponding trigger
  • In the "Date" column — the date and time the action was performed

The data can be exported to a CSV file.

Important — the "Trigger changes" tab will be available only to employees with the "Administrator" role and to agents who have access to the "Triggers" section.

The change history is stored for one year (365 days).
