Important! The “Message translation” and “Reply translation with the AI Assistant” features are available on the “Expert + AI” plan — to enable them, email us at support@usedesk.com. The features work only in the new Usedesk design.
Message translation
Usedesk now lets you translate conversations with clients. Now you can help clients in different languages, even if you don't speak them!
To translate any message, hover over it — a “Show translation” button will appear next to it. If you want to go back to the original message, just click the button again.

The message will be translated into the language specified in the agent's profile settings. If the agent uses the English-language version of the interface, the message will be translated into English; if the Russian-language version — into Russian, and so on.
Reply translation with the AI Assistant
We've updated the AI translation of the text you type — six more languages have been added to the existing ones: Spanish, German, French, Kazakh, Chinese, and Arabic.
Translation has become more convenient to use — it has grown into a separate feature, “Translate to another language”. Now you can choose the language you need and see what the translation will look like.

Click the “Apply” button — the text you typed will be replaced with the AI translation.
