VTEX
VTEX is a Brazilian e-commerce platform that allows you to create marketplaces, manage orders, and accept payments. Our application will enable you to embed a Usedesk widget in your customers' stores.
Integration principle
The application displays the Usedesk widget set in the settings on the store page.
Installing the app
1. Go to the VTEX store control panel;
2. In the Apps → My Apps section, click on the "App Store" button
3. In the search, enter "Usedesk" and install the application.
Application setup
1. Open the application settings page in the Apps → My Apps section
2. Select the domain and ID of the widget (copy the data from the script in the widget settings)
3. After making all the changes, click “Save
Done! Now a widget will appear on the store pages
