Auto-forwarding from

1. Open your mailbox at (or login). In the upper right corner, click on the mail name and select «Mail Settings».
2. In the list of settings, select «Filtering rules».

3. Click «Add a forwarding address».

4. Specify in the «Forward all e-mails to address» field the address copied in the UseDesk and click «Save».

5. Confirm the forwarding by password from mailbox. If the account has a two-factor authentication, first enter the code from SMS.

6. Confirm the e-mail you will receive — enter the registration confirmation code and password from your current mailbox.

To do this, open the «Tickets» section in the Usedesk — a confirmation letter of registration — confirm the registration according to the instructions.

7. Enable call forwarding.
