Auto-forwarding from

Save the e-mail channel in the Usedesk and proceed to the steps for setting up the mailbox:

1. Open your mailbox on Click on «Settings» in the lower left corner.

2. Select «All Settings».

3. Select the «Filters» section and click «Add Forwarding».

4. Specify in the «Forward all e-mails to address» field the address copied in the UseDesk and click «Save».

5. Confirm the forwarding by password from mailbox. If the account has a two-factor authentication, first enter the code from SMS.

6. Confirm the e-mail you will receive — enter the registration confirmation code and password from your current mailbox.

To do this, open the «Tickets» section in the Usedesk — a confirmation letter of registration — confirm the registration according to the instructions.

7. Enable call forwarding.
