The Pact service allows you to connect the following additional channels in Usedesk:

Usedesk has direct integration with Pact. Do you already have an account in Pact? Then write to our support service at so that we connect the component to integrate Usedesk with the desired Pact channel. In your letter, specify the ID of your company in the Pact and the channel you want to connect.

The desired channel must first be connected in your Pact account. After that, you can connect the channel in Usedesk.
