Generating an agent report in the background
Previously, you had to wait for the report to generate without closing the tab. This caused errors to appear more often.
Now the agent report is generated in the background. You no longer need to stay on the page — you can safely start generating a report of any size and close the tab.
After clicking on the "Generate" button, the system will notify you that background generation has started by sending a message on a blue background.
After generation, the report will be displayed under the history of uploaded reports (if there is one).
By the way, the history of uploaded agent reports is another new feature. The desired report can be viewed at any time — click the "Display" button and the data will appear below.
In the future we will integrate this generation and display feature into other reports as well :) Stay tuned!
