If a user leaves the chat page or logs out of the account, he/she switches offline automatically.
Now you can see new messages from VK discussions in the ticket list, as soon as your VK community is connected with Usedesk.
Unfortunately, VK does not allow to reply to discussions via any external system like Usedesk so far. That's why we resolved the task in another way. Just click on the link you will see in the ticket message to open the discussion in VK. Once you've answered VK, it will be displayed on the ticket too. Thus, the whole conversation between you and clients will be provided in the ticket.
We have made some minor corrections to the channel menu section, so now it is more comfortable to work with a long channel list.
