So that errors do not unsettle you, we have redesigned error pages and made them more informative — you will always know what to do :)

Users, who haven’t worked with Usedesk yet, do not always intuitively understand, why
triggers can be useful and how to configure them. That’s why we added pre-configured triggers for new users — these are trigger macros with tips on how to use them. It’s easier to automate processes with their help: the support team will work more effectively, and clients will be happier!
